While there are no set dates for actual manned Lunar landings, the next mission will be NASA's Lunar CRater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS).
Among other things, LCROSS will search for water on the Moon. Launch date has been postponed to sometime around 42-02-03 ∇ (Lunar Standard Time).
